Greenhaven homes are moving faster, even with rates above 7%
Rates climbed above 7% for the first time since January 2025, according to Realtor.com. That would slow most markets. Greenhaven did not slow.
The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 98 homes sold in ZIP 95831 during the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is up 34.2% from the same months a year before. More buyers showed up, not fewer.
