Sales are up across CannonBall Campaign even with fewer homes for sale
The one number that changes how you should think right now: the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 1,527 homes sold across CannonBall Campaign in the three months ending July 31, 2026. That is up 18.9% from the same period a year before. At the same time, the number of homes for sale fell 5.8% to 1,231. More buyers, fewer choices. That is real demand, not a headline.
Nationally, the Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. house prices rose 2.6% from July 2025 to July 2026. CannonBall Campaign is running its own story, and the ZIP codes inside it are not all moving the same direction.
Where buyers are moving fastest
ZIP 95661 stood out. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 98 homes sold there, up 44.1% year over year. Inventory fell 38.2% to just 34 homes. The median days on market was 11. Nearly two in three homes, 65.6%, went under contract within two weeks of listing. That is the tightest pocket in the campaign.
ZIP 95831 told a similar story. The Real Estate Data Aggregator showed 107 homes sold, up 32.1%. More than half, 57.4%, went under contract within two weeks. Homes there averaged 101.4% of list price, meaning sellers regularly got more than they asked.
The largest ZIP in the campaign
ZIP 95747 had the most sales of any ZIP in this group. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 412 homes sold, up 26.4%. Supply fell to 2.6 months, down 1.1 months from a year ago. Homes sold in a median of 24 days, which was 7 days faster than last year. The median sale price was $670,000, up 2.7%.
Where prices dipped a little
Not every ZIP saw prices climb. The Real Estate Data Aggregator showed the median sale price in ZIP 95762 fell 9.8% to $902,500. ZIP 95678 dipped 6.9% to $556,000. ZIP 95746 slipped 3.8% to $1,249,982. In each case, sales volume still held or rose, which tells you buyers are active even where prices softened.

New listings are up, but buyers are keeping pace
The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 1,864 new listings across CannonBall Campaign in the three months ending July 31, 2026, up 2.2% from a year before. That sounds like relief for buyers. But pending sales climbed 14% to 1,605. More homes came on, and buyers absorbed them quickly.
What the national picture adds
Context matters here. Realtor.com reported that mortgage rates climbed above 7% for the first time since January 2025. Realtor.com also noted that price cuts hit 20.8% of listings nationally in September, the highest share since October 2022. That is the national backdrop. CannonBall Campaign's sales growth and shrinking inventory run counter to that trend in most ZIP codes.

- Some prices dipped, but demand held.
- One ZIP can read very differently from the next, and one street can read differently from the whole ZIP.
