Real estate, CannonBall Campaign

The one number that changes how you should think right now: the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 1,527 homes sold across CannonBall Campaign in the three months ending July 31, 2026. That is up 18.9% from the same period a year before. At the same time, the number of homes for sale fell 5.8% to 1,231. More buyers, fewer choices. That is real demand, not a headline.

Nationally, the Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. house prices rose 2.6% from July 2025 to July 2026. CannonBall Campaign is running its own story, and the ZIP codes inside it are not all moving the same direction.

Where buyers are moving fastest

ZIP 95661 stood out. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 98 homes sold there, up 44.1% year over year. Inventory fell 38.2% to just 34 homes. The median days on market was 11. Nearly two in three homes, 65.6%, went under contract within two weeks of listing. That is the tightest pocket in the campaign.

What the national picture adds

Context matters here. Realtor.com reported that mortgage rates climbed above 7% for the first time since January 2025. Realtor.com also noted that price cuts hit 20.8% of listings nationally in September, the highest share since October 2022. That is the national backdrop. CannonBall Campaign's sales growth and shrinking inventory run counter to that trend in most ZIP codes.

In short
  1. Across CannonBall Campaign, the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 1,527 homes sold in the three months ending July 31, 2026, up 18.9%, while inventory fell 5.8% to 1,231. Buyers are active.
  2. Supply is tight.
  3. Some prices dipped, but demand held.
  4. One ZIP can read very differently from the next, and one street can read differently from the whole ZIP.
